Product Return Policy

1 Right of Cancellation

In accordance with consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product.

• For senior citizens, new immigrants and people with disabilities — cancellation period is 4 months
• Product must be returned in its original packaging
• Refund will be processed within 14 days of cancellation notice

2 Non-Returnable Products

• Perishable food products
• Products specially made to order
• Opened software and CDs
• Opened personal hygiene products

3 Defective Product

In case of a defective product or one that differs from the description, you are entitled to a full refund without cancellation fees, including refund of shipping costs.
